Orders for our body oils and fragrance oil products are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders, including hand-dipped incense and scented oils, arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. Once your order, including any incense, ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your items, such as our body oils or hand-dipped incense, arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a solution.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
