REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for both in‑store and online purchases. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal-care products, opened items, including any used body oils or fragrance oils, cannot be returned. 

Online Order Returns Customers may return eligible items by mail or in person at our Waterbury, CT location. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Non‑Returnable Items Opened fragrances, used products, clearance or final‑sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
